Returns & Exchanges

At Retail.ERA, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all electronic devices to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep the tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
